Required equipment: pull up bar and a low pull up bar (or stable object that you can hang safely from), and dip bars (or 2 stable objects of the same height that can support your bodyweight)

Sometimes the exercise Library isn’t clear, and i have to google the exercise to know what i have to do (or im just too stupid to find the exercise libary with videos, it isn’t there) the program itself is perfect and seems cool
Thanks for letting me know! The workout library comes in the same file as the workout program, so you should be able to find it there. I'm always trying to improve, I'll take it into account the upcoming programs!
I have been weightlifting for over +20 years and now my body is just have a hard time recovery and I making more stress on joints. I have done the free calisthenics program and now I'm on the 8 week program and my body is feeling better and I am have fun learning a new training that I enjoy!

The Intro 1-week course was good.. this 8-week course is even better.. as it has all the tools here to help me achieve the Cali's I want to be good at.. it's just down to the two of us (me and hard work) in getting there! :-)

I’m glad it’s a one-off payment and not an annual subscription, like you said in the video, not everyone wants to pay a monthly fee to go to the gym to use the equipment. So why pay a monthly fee for a workout program.
The whole concept of Calisthenics is very interesting. Doing it freely in open space/your own home/Calisthenics park etc. Building inner strength, holding your bodyweight. Has its shock value when you try these yourself and find out you can’t hold ur legs up in the air in an L shape for more than 0.5 seconds.
I have a friend who is a gym junkie (no hate, everyone has their preference). He does body building, thick legs/arms/torso. Can’t do L-sits or Chin ups (that’s fine, he’s not built for that). Motivate each other. Take your pick, choose your journey. No ones stopping you. Achieve that sexy ass torso, get rid of those skinny-fat love handles. Pull yourself up when you’re down (literally, haha ;p)
